Description
The phrase shown in the pink and blue sky in this 2024 poster refers to the area between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea, and originated in currents of Zionism that advocated for settling the entire region prior to the creation of the Israeli state in 1948. It has since been reclaimed by the Palestinian freedom struggle for land back, which will require, as the words at the bottom proclaim, "No checkpoints - no discrimination - equal rights for everyone."
The depiction of farms, olive trees and settlements in the center shows a mixture of the current state of affairs - an apartheid wall surrounding what is essentially an open-air prison - and what could be again: freedom for all to raise their families, their animals, and their olive trees and crops.
